website, at our office or anywhere you do your research. We can build any plan
and then we can build that plan anywhere. Home sites are available for
consumers and/or Builders to buy all over. We have a lot of experience finding

| Many people wonder how long the process of building a
house takes and really the building part of it from ground breaking in
reference to when we dig the hole for the basement takes about 4 months
depending on the size of your house. The hitch is how long does it take to
choose a plan and home site, decisions on what features go into the home,
signing a contract and getting the construction loan. There is more that takes
place beforehand if there is a bid process and all of this can takes as long as
it lasts for you to make your decisions. Its going to be the house of your
dreams and it is a very fun process, it will also take a bit of time as well,
